Hesabınızı ve verilerinizi silmenin yolu uygulamanın içindedir. Kimseden izin istemenize, kimseyi beklemenize gerek yoktur.
Uygulamadan silmek
- nodoplan’ı açın.
- Sol üstteki dişli simgesine dokunup Ayarlar’a girin.
- Sayfanın en altındaki Hesabımı sil’e dokunun.
- Ekranda neyin gideceği ve neyin kalacağı yazar. Onaylarsanız silme hemen başlar.
Apple ile giriş yaptıysanız, silme sırasında Apple’ın onay ekranı bir kez daha açılır: Apple, hesap silinirken uygulamanın yetkilendirmeyi iptal etmesini zorunlu tutar.
Silinen veriler
- Profiliniz — görünen adınız, profil fotoğrafı adresi, dil tercihiniz.
- Üyelikleriniz — bulunduğunuz her plandaki üyelik kaydınız.
- İşaretlemeleriniz — her plandaki bütün gün ve saat işaretlemeleriniz.
- Tek üyesi siz olan planlar — plan, mesajları ve davet kodu dahil tamamen silinir.
- Kimlik kaydınız — Firebase Authentication hesabınız; Apple ile giriş yaptıysanız Apple tarafındaki yetkilendirme de iptal edilir.
Silinmeyen veriler ve nedeni
- Mesajlarınızın metni kaldırılır, satırın kendisi kalır ve yerinde “Bu mesaj silindi” görünür. Bir mesaj sessizce yok olursa çevresindeki konuşma anlamsızlaşır — cevaplar neye cevap verdiği belli olmayan boşluklara asılı kalır. Kimin yazdığı, üyelik kaydınız gittiği için zaten görünmez.
- Sahibi olduğunuz ve içinde başkaları olan planlar durur. Bunlar sizin olduğu kadar diğer üyelerin de planlarıdır. Plan sahipliği, en eski üyeye geçer.
- Başkalarının işaretlemeleri, mesajları ve üyelikleri değişmez. Silme işlemi yalnızca sizin verinize dokunur.
Ne kadar sürer
Silme anında yapılır; bekleme süresi veya “geri alma” dönemi yoktur. Verileriniz silindikten sonra Google Cloud’un kendi altyapı yedeklerinden de olağan yedek döngüsü içinde düşer.
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız
refdevelops@gmail.com adresine yazın. Talebi işleyebilmek için hesabınızı tanımlayabilmemiz gerekir; hesabınızla ilişkili Apple veya Google e-posta adresinden yazmanız en pratik yoldur. Talepler en geç otuz gün içinde sonuçlandırılır.
Misafir hesaplar bir istisnadır. Misafir olarak kullandıysanız hesabınızın giriş bilgisi yalnızca o cihazda durur ve e-postayla eşleştirilebileceği hiçbir kayıt yoktur. Böyle bir hesabı yalnızca kurulu olduğu cihazdan, yukarıdaki adımlarla silebilirsiniz. Cihaza erişiminiz kalmadıysa hesabı kimse — biz de dahil — tanımlayamayız; bu durumda uygulamayı silmek, o kimliğin bir daha kullanılmaması demektir.
Deleting your account

Deleting your account and your data is done inside the app. You do not need anyone's permission and you do not need to wait for anyone.
From the app
- Open nodoplan.
- Tap the gear icon at the top left to open Settings.
- Tap Delete my account, at the bottom of the screen.
- The screen says what goes and what stays. Confirming starts the deletion immediately.
If you signed in with Apple, Apple's sheet appears once more during deletion: Apple requires an app to revoke its authorization when an account is deleted.
What is deleted
- Your profile — display name, profile picture address, language preference.
- Your memberships — your member record in every plan you are in.
- Your markings — every day and time you marked, in every plan.
- Plans you are the only member of — deleted entirely, including their messages and invite code.
- Your identity record — your Firebase Authentication account; and if you signed in with Apple, the authorization on Apple's side is revoked too.
What is kept, and why
- Your messages are emptied of their text; the rows stay and read “This message was deleted”. A message that silently disappears leaves the conversation around it making no sense — replies hang off gaps nobody can account for. Who wrote them is already unanswerable once your member record is gone.
- Plans you host that have other people in them stay. They are the other members' plans as much as yours. The host role passes to the longest-standing remaining member.
- Nobody else's markings, messages or memberships change. Deletion touches your data and nothing else.
How long it takes
Deletion happens immediately. There is no waiting period and no “undo” window. Once deleted, your data also falls out of Google Cloud's own infrastructure backups on their ordinary backup cycle.
If you cannot reach the app
Write to refdevelops@gmail.com. We have to be able to identify your account in order to act on the request, and writing from the Apple or Google email address associated with it is the most practical way. Requests are completed within thirty days at the latest.
Guest accounts are an exception. If you used the app as a guest, the account's credential lives on that device alone and there is no record that could be matched to an email address. Such an account can only be deleted from the device it is installed on, using the steps above. If you no longer have that device, nobody — including us — can identify the account; deleting the app is then the end of that identity's use.
