Gizlilik Politikası

nodoplan, küçük grupların ortak müsait zamanlarını bulmasına yarayan bir uygulamadır. Bu politika, uygulamanın hangi verileri işlediğini, neden işlediğini, nerede sakladığını ve nasıl sildirebileceğinizi anlatır. Uygulama bağımsız bir geliştirici tarafından geliştirilir ve yayımlanır; veri sorumlusuna aşağıdaki iletişim adresinden ulaşabilirsiniz.

Hesabınız

Uygulamayı kullanmak için bir kimliğe ihtiyaç vardır, çünkü her plan üyelerine aittir. Kimlik Firebase Authentication (Google) üzerinden oluşturulur ve üç yolu vardır:

• Misafir. Anonim bir Firebase hesabı açılır. Bu, kimlik numarası olan gerçek bir hesaptır; sadece giriş bilgisi cihazınızda tutulur ve başka bir cihazdan erişilemez. Yazdığınız görünen ad dışında hiçbir kişisel bilgi istenmez.
• Apple ile giriş. Apple bize kimlik numaranızı ve — ilk yetkilendirmede, siz izin verirseniz — adınızı verir. “E-postamı gizle” seçeneğini kullanabilirsiniz.
• Google ile giriş. Google bize kimlik numaranızı, adınızı ve varsa profil fotoğrafınızın adresini verir.

Apple veya Google ile giriş yaptığınızda, e-posta adresiniz Firebase Authentication’daki kimlik kaydınızda tutulur. Uygulama bu adresi hiçbir ekranda göstermez, hiçbir plana yazmaz ve pazarlama için kullanmaz.

Uygulamanın sakladığı veriler

• Profil. Görünen adınız, varsa profil fotoğrafınızın adresi, hesabın misafir olup olmadığı, uygulamayı okuduğunuz dil ve hesabın açılış zamanı.
• Planlar. Planın başlığı, türü, tarih aralığı, durumu ve — verildiyse — karar verilen aralık.
• Üyelikler. Hangi planda olduğunuz, plandaki renginiz, katılma zamanınız, işaretleme yapıp yapmadığınız ve sohbeti en son ne zaman açtığınız.
• İşaretlemeler. Hangi günlerde müsait, belki veya müsait değil olduğunuz; saat bazlı planlarda seçtiğiniz saat aralıkları.
• Mesajlar. Plan içi sohbete yazdığınız metin ve yazılma zamanı.
• Davet kodları. Bir plan oluşturduğunuzda üretilen kısa kod ve yanında planın başlığı, türü, tarih aralığı ile davet edenin adı. Bunlar, daveti alan kişinin plana katılmadan önce neye katıldığını görebilmesi içindir.

Cihazınızda ayrıca, çevrimdışıyken de çalışabilmesi için Firestore’un kendi yerel kopyası ve — bir davet bağlantısına giriş yapmadan dokunduysanız — o davet kodunun geçici bir kaydı bulunur. Bu kaydın ömrü otuz dakikadır ve uygulamayı silmek ikisini de kaldırır.

Toplanmayan veriler

• Konum bilgisi. Uygulama konum izni istemez.
• Rehber, fotoğraf veya mikrofon erişimi. Hiçbiri istenmez.
• Takvim. Kararlaştırılan bir planı telefonunuzun takvimine eklemek isterseniz, uygulama bunu telefonun kendi takvim ekranını önünüze açarak yapar; kaydeden sizsiniz. Takviminiz hiç okunmaz — ne etkinlikleriniz, ne takvimlerinizin adları, ne de uygulamanın kendi eklediği etkinlik. Takviminizden hiçbir şey sunucuya gitmez. iPhone'da iOS 15 ve 16 bunun için bir kez izin sorar ve o sürümlerde sistemin sunduğu tek izin seviyesi budur; iOS 17 ve sonrasında hiç izin sorulmaz. Android'de izin istenmez.
• Reklam tanımlayıcıları. Uygulamada reklam yoktur ve hiçbir veri reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz veya satılmaz.
• Analitik ve ölçüm. Uygulamada Google Analytics (Firebase Analytics), Crashlytics veya başka bir analitik/çökme raporu yazılımı yoktur. Hangi ekranı açtığınız, neye dokunduğunuz veya uygulamayı ne kadar kullandığınız kaydedilmez.

Bununla birlikte, kullanılan Firebase kitaplıkları Google’ın sunucularıyla konuşur. Bu sırada Google, hizmeti sağlamak ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için kendi altyapı kayıtlarını tutar: IP adresi, cihaz ve işletim sistemi bilgisi ve uygulama kurulumuna ait bir tanımlayıcı bunlara dahildir. Bu kayıtlar Google’ın veri sorumluluğundadır; Firebase gizlilik bilgileri bunu ayrıntılandırır.

Verileri kimler görebilir

Bir plandaki her şeyi yalnızca o planın üyeleri görebilir; bu, sunucu tarafındaki güvenlik kurallarıyla zorlanır, uygulamanın nezaketine bırakılmaz. Görünen adınız ve profil fotoğrafınız yalnızca birlikte olduğunuz planların üyelerine gösterilir. İşaretlemeleriniz o planın üyelerince görülür — uygulamanın amacı zaten budur.

Davet kodları bunun tek istisnasıdır: kodu bilen ve uygulamada oturum açmış herkes, katılmadan önce planın başlığını, türünü, tarih aralığını ve davet edenin adını görebilir. Kodun ömrü sınırlıdır ve plan sahibi kodu iptal edebilir.

Verileriniz kimseye satılmaz, pazarlama amacıyla paylaşılmaz ve Google’ın barındırma hizmeti dışında üçüncü bir tarafa aktarılmaz.

Nerede saklanır

Planlar, işaretlemeler, mesajlar ve profiller Cloud Firestore’da, Google Cloud’un europe-west3 (Frankfurt, Almanya) bölgesinde saklanır. Kimlik kayıtları Firebase Authentication tarafından tutulur; Google bu hizmeti küresel olarak işletir, dolayısıyla kimlik kaydınız bu bölgenin dışında işlenebilir. Google, Avrupa Birliği dışına aktarımlar için standart sözleşme hükümlerine dayanır.

Ne kadar süreyle

Planlar siz veya plan sahibi arşivleyene kadar durur; arşivlenmiş bir plan da bir kayıt olarak kalır. Süreye bağlı otomatik bir silme yoktur — silinen tek şey, silmesini istediğiniz şeydir.

Hesabınızı silmek

Uygulamanın içinden, Ayarlar → Hesabımı sil yolundan silebilirsiniz. Silme işlemi geri alınamaz ve şunları yapar:

• Profiliniz kaldırılır.
• Bütün planlardaki üyeliğiniz ve işaretlemeleriniz kaldırılır; gruba görünen şey, sizin artık orada olmadığınızdır.
• Mesajlarınızın metni kaldırılır ve satırın kendisi “Bu mesaj silindi” olarak kalır. Bunun nedeni, bir mesajın sessizce yok olmasının çevresindeki konuşmayı anlamsız bırakmasıdır. Kimin yazdığı, üyelik kaydınız gittiği için zaten görünmez.
• Sahibi olduğunuz ve içinde başkaları bulunan planlar silinmez; sahiplik, en eski üyeye geçer.
• Tek üyesi siz olan planlar, içindeki her şeyle birlikte silinir.
• Yalnızca üyesi olduğunuz planlar, sizden kalan izler dışında hiç değişmez. Başkalarının işaretlemelerine, mesajlarına veya üyeliklerine asla dokunulmaz.
• Apple ile giriş yaptıysanız, Apple tarafındaki yetkilendirme de iptal edilir.

Haklarınız

Verilerinize erişme, düzeltme ve silinmesini isteme hakkınız vardır. Uygulamadaki her şey zaten size gösterilir ve silme işlemi uygulamanın içindedir; yine de aşağıdaki adrese yazarak bu haklardan herhangi birini kullanabilirsiniz. Talepler en geç otuz gün içinde yanıtlanır.

Çocuklar

nodoplan 13 yaşın altındaki kullanıcılara yönelik değildir ve bilerek bu yaş grubundan veri toplamaz.

Bu politikadaki değişiklikler

Politika değişirse bu sayfa güncellenir ve yukarıdaki tarih değişir. Önemli bir değişiklik olursa uygulama içinde de bildirilir.

Privacy Policy

nodoplan helps small groups find the times everyone is free. This policy says what the app processes, why, where it is stored, and how to have it deleted. The app is developed and published by an independent developer, who can be reached at the contact address below.

Your account

Using the app needs an identity, because every plan belongs to its members. Identities are created through Firebase Authentication (Google), in one of three ways:

• Guest. An anonymous Firebase account is created. It is a real account with a real identifier; only its credential is device-local, so it cannot be reached from another device. Nothing personal is asked for beyond the display name you type.
• Sign in with Apple. Apple gives us your identifier and — on the first authorization only, and only if you allow it — your name. You may use “Hide My Email”.
• Sign in with Google. Google gives us your identifier, your name, and the address of your profile picture if you have one.

If you sign in with Apple or Google, your email address is held on your identity record in Firebase Authentication. The app never displays it, never writes it into a plan, and never uses it for marketing.

What the app stores

• Profile. Your display name, your profile picture address if there is one, whether the account is a guest, the language you read the app in, and when the account was created.
• Plans. Title, type, date window, status, and the decided range once there is one.
• Memberships. Which plans you are in, your colour in each, when you joined, whether you have marked anything, and when you last opened the discussion.
• Markings. Which days you are available, unsure, or unavailable on, and the time ranges you chose in hour-based plans.
• Messages. The text you write in a plan's discussion and when you wrote it.
• Invite codes. The short code generated for a plan, along with the plan's title, type, date window and the host's name — so that somebody holding an invite can see what they are joining before they join it.

Your device also holds Firestore's own local copy, so the app works offline, and — if you tapped an invite link while signed out — a temporary record of that invite code, which expires after thirty minutes. Deleting the app removes both.

What is not collected

• Location. The app never asks for it.
• Contacts, photos or microphone. None of these are requested.
• Calendar. If you ask for a decided plan to go into your phone's calendar, the app does it by putting the phone's own calendar screen in front of you; you are the one who saves it. Your calendar is never read — not your events, not the names of your calendars, not even the event the app just added. Nothing from your calendar reaches a server. On iPhone, iOS 15 and 16 ask once for permission, and on those versions that is the only level of access the system offers; from iOS 17 on nothing is asked. On Android no permission is requested.
• Advertising identifiers. There are no ads, and no data is used for advertising or sold to anyone.
• Analytics. The app ships no Google Analytics (Firebase Analytics), no Crashlytics, and no other analytics or crash-reporting library. Which screens you open, what you tap, and how long you use the app are not recorded.

The Firebase libraries the app does use talk to Google's servers, and Google keeps its own infrastructure logs in order to run the service and prevent abuse — IP address, device and operating system details, and an identifier for the app installation among them. Google is the controller of those logs; Firebase's privacy information sets out the detail.

Who can see it

Everything inside a plan is visible to that plan's members and to nobody else. That is enforced by server-side security rules rather than left to the app's good manners. Your display name and picture are shown only to the members of plans you are in, and your markings are visible to those members — which is what the app is for.

Invite codes are the one exception: anyone signed into the app who knows a code can see the plan's title, type, date window and host's name before joining. Codes expire, and the host can revoke one.

Your data is never sold, never shared for marketing, and never passed to a third party other than Google as the hosting provider.

Where it is stored

Plans, markings, messages and profiles are stored in Cloud Firestore, in Google Cloud's europe-west3 (Frankfurt, Germany) region. Identity records are held by Firebase Authentication, which Google operates globally, so your identity record may be processed outside that region. Google relies on standard contractual clauses for transfers outside the European Union.

How long

Plans stay until you or the host archives them, and an archived plan remains as a record. There is no automatic time-based deletion — the only thing that gets deleted is what you ask to have deleted.

Deleting your account

You can delete it from inside the app, at Settings → Delete my account. Deletion cannot be undone, and it does this:

• Your profile is removed.
• Your membership and your markings are removed from every plan; what the group sees is that you are no longer there.
• Your messages are emptied of their text, and the rows stay, reading “This message was deleted”. A feed that silently loses rows changes shape, and the replies around a missing message stop making sense. Who wrote them is already unanswerable once your membership is gone.
• Plans you host that have other people in them are kept; the host role passes to the longest-standing remaining member.
• Plans you are the only member of are deleted, with everything in them.
• Plans you merely belong to are untouched apart from your own traces. Nobody else's markings, messages or membership are ever affected.
• If you signed in with Apple, the authorization on Apple's side is revoked as well.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and erase your data. Everything the app holds about you is already shown to you, and deletion is built into the app; you can also exercise any of these rights by writing to the address below. Requests are answered within thirty days at the latest.

Children

nodoplan is not directed at users under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

If the policy changes, this page is updated and the date above changes with it. A significant change is also announced inside the app.
